Sam Smith – Teenage Cancer Trust Nurse Consultant, UK

Sam Smith discusses the ‘Sometimes It’s Cancer’ campaign which focuses on eliminating delayed diagnosis of cancer in teenagers. This problem, especially in the UK, comes from the fact that many young people do not expect to have cancer at such a young age. The Trust's national efforts to inform young people on the symptoms of cancer and raise awareness has also shown the need for an online campaign to reach young people and doctors.
